What is the penalty for late ROC filing?
Late filing attracts an additional fee of ₹100 per day per form with no maximum cap. For forms like MGT-7 and AOC-4, this can quickly run into thousands. Directors can also be disqualified if filings remain pending for 3 consecutive years.
Is ROC filing mandatory for dormant companies too?
Yes. Even dormant (inactive) companies must file DIR-3 KYC annually. They may also need to file Form MSC-3 (Annual Return for Dormant Companies).
How long does the process take?
Standard ROC filings (MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC) are typically filed within 3–5 working days of receiving all documents.
Do I need to be physically present?

If you have a domain like slismart.in, point it to your hosting by updating the DNS A-record in your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) to your hosting server's IP. Your hosting provider will give you this IP.

Your website is live! Share the URL. To update content, follow the editing steps below, re-export, and re-upload the new index.html.

💡 Quickest way to test: Go to netlify.com/drop right now, drag your HTML file into the browser — your site is instantly live with a free URL like your-site.netlify.app. You can add a custom domain later.

✏️ How to Edit Your Website

Go to Admin Panel

Click ⚙ Admin in the top navigation bar.

Enable Edit Mode

Click "Enable Edit Mode". A gold builder bar will appear at the top. All editable text on the page will show a dashed gold outline.

Click Any Text to Edit

Click directly on any heading, paragraph, or card title to change the text. Type your new content. Press Escape when done, or click elsewhere.

Edit a Different Page

While in Edit Mode, navigate to any other page (Home, Services, ROC, etc.) using the top nav. Edit Mode stays active. Edit text on that page too.

Add / Delete Cards

In Edit Mode, use "+ Service Card" or "+ Blog Post" buttons in the builder bar to add new cards. Click the red button on any card to delete it.

Save Your Edits

Click "💾 Save" in the builder bar. This saves to your browser. To make it permanent and deploy, click "Save & Export" in Admin — this downloads the updated HTML file to re-upload to your hosting.

⚠️ Important: Browser saves (localStorage) are only on your current device and browser. Always use Save & Export to download the file before clearing your browser cache or switching computers.

➕ How to Add a New Service Page (like ROC page)

Go to Admin → Create New Page

Fill in the page title (e.g. "FEMA Compliance"), URL slug (e.g. fema-compliance), and choose template "Service Detail Page (with sidebar)".

Page is Created Instantly

The new page is added to the nav and the pages list. It uses the same design as the ROC, GST, CA pages — with hero, content area, sidebar with quote box, and other services list.

Edit the Page Content

You'll be taken directly to the new page in Edit Mode. Click any text to fill in your service details — title, description, bullet list of sub-services, process steps, pricing.

Link it from Services Page

Go to the Services page in Edit Mode → click "+ Add Service Card" → fill in the name, description → change the "Learn more" link by editing it in code or ask us to add the link for you.

Save & Export

Hit Save & Export and re-upload the new index.html to your hosting. Done!

💡 Pro Tip: All service detail pages (ROC, CA, CS, GST, ITR, Company Reg, Trademark, Payroll) are already built and linked. Use the same pattern to add any new service — FEMA, NBFC, RERA, Section 8, etc.
